3-day tour guide training
We assume you already know local history, geography, culture and customs. Our tour guide training focuses on soft skills: service excellence, people, leadership, and management. Our practical tour guide training is broken down into 4 quarters.
Each quarter is then broken down into 3 steps, giving 12 steps using our Circle of Service Excellence©.

Day 3 Field Training
The group is assessed on putting a full day excursion together. Every tour guide is assessed on leadership and management performance during a combined walking / bus tour. Every tour guide is given practical, useful feedback.
